Yes, the demolition of this existing building does not include the entirety of the underground parkade and they are keeping the parkade in tact as a parking garage for the residents of the residential conversion project. To the North of the residential conversion, they are building a new single storey auxiliary building mostly to house electrical transformers. But the new building will be structurally supported by the existing parkade with modifications.
