I really love the contrast between this and the brick warehouse buildings that surround it. I certainly prefer this over M2 Block in the East Village (similar genre).

It would have to be brown, beige or gray to be 'Calgary' On a serious note, it definitely is something different, and maybe it'll inspire developers to use white more often..

Both of these are turning out really great. I really like the zero-setback between the buildings. Seemingly rare in this city for new development but makes a world of difference at making these two developments seem bigger and "more urban".
