Surely those trees are going to get grates that are going to mess horribly with the star pattern. Kinda feel like they should have been in a bank outside of the plaza surface to avoid this.

Was there supposed to be some Olympic tribute in the NE corner of the plaza? I thought I read about that but can't spot anything along those line on the site map.

You can't see it but the arches are going to be along the north sidewalk.

Knowing one of the people on the project, a few months ago, I had a quick glance at some of the working renderings for the Reno of the existing building. I remember it feeling very similar in tone to the new addition... which I guess makes sense, so not a particularly ground breaking post I'm making here.
