The folks who live there now, have it great with the building only partly occupied.The tower doesn't look too bad. According to their website the building will feature an indoor pool. Not too sure where in the building it's located but definitely a nice novelty as pools seem to be a rarity in Calgary rental buildings.

The Drop-In is really not all that bad, and the area is pretty good overall
Stopped in at the Superstore at East Village, nice place to shop.

I went there a few weeks ago and was surprised to see that it was a full Superstore.

very low stress shopping there
It's the first time shopping there. The pics don't show it well, but it was very busy, but they have a number of self check outs, I was in and out in a flash.

I usually hate shopping g at Superstore, but I like that one. I’ve been in there a few times since it opened.

CMLC gave their shareholder update to Council today. As part of that update they made it sound like construction of the second tower is imminent. Definitely a pleasant surprise and with that kind of timing my guess is it will also be rentals.

That's awesome news!
Right on top of a grocery store and a liquor store. 2 minutes to the river pathway, or the library. Pretty sweet location in a lot of ways.

Hopefully some design or material changes on the 2nd tower? This first tower was good but subpar based on BOSA's standards.
Good news, it'll be nice to have the second one done. Add a few more residents to EV.

Awesome! The first tower already looks great in the skyline. These towers are home runs IMO. Cidex take notes.
