• Never-married, single
• 39 years old
• Level of schooling below a high school diploma
• IELTS score of zero in speaking, listening, reading, and writing
• 1 year of Canadian work experience in a technical occupation (e.g. cook or car mechanic)
• Zero years of foreign work experience
• Not currently employed

Tower looks good, the rest is really puzzling in the design choices made.

The tower doesn't look too bad. According to their website the building will feature an indoor pool. Not too sure where in the building it's located but definitely a nice novelty as pools seem to be a rarity in Calgary rental buildings.
