The thing I notice most in that picture is the spandrel on Hat lol.
Does anyone know if people have moved into the building? Upper floors are still being worked on.

Are they going to push forward with the second tower anytime soon? Or is it just the one for now?

No plans by BOSA for this year. At least that's what CMLC is saying.

It's a decent tower but pretty subpar compared to Embassy Bosa's Evolution or their other projects across the Lower mainland. Hopefully, the bigger tower gets a redesign with a lighter color.

They will soon be competing for rental tenants with The Hat East Village and Upten which are in close proximity. Not long after, Curtis Block will be launching their suites. In addition, there are dozens of condo units up for rent in the area as AirBnB is still not a reliable option for owners.

In addition, you are going to have a flood of immigrants moving to Canada this year as much of the program has been halted due to Covid. With oil pushing $70 right now, I dont think these rental vacancies will be as hard to fill as we think.
