The tower on the east side looks to be topped out at 16 floors of concrete. The 17th floor looks like it will be steel. Pics taken on a cloudy Sunday evening:

Almost weird to see such a gigantic building in UD. The precedent was set with Alt of course, but this feels way bigger. I believe this is the tallest building in the whole University area now right? Other than maybe the University City twins?

/\I think the University City twins are 19 or 20 floors. Also the MacKimmie Tower, while only 13 or 14 floors, may be taller since it's offices and office floors tend to have much higher floor to ceiling heights.

But Aria definitely stands out. I like the look of a mostly mid rise district with a few moderately tall towers such as these strategically placed.

Can’t tell if this is the final exterior product or not. Maybe EIFS panels? Some of the edges look unfinished, but maybe there is trim to be installed.
