I speak with one of the Development guys at Gracorp that is on this frequently. I mentioned to him that this thing seems to be flying along and he was saying that the crew they have is dialed in and to expect this kind of fast pace for this project.

I was just about to comment on how fast this one is going. For a building with that size footprint it's moving fast.

Whoa, this building is a lot bigger than it looks in a rendering. That section of University Avenue was going to be quite nice when it’s done.
