One's an adult complex and one's a regular age condo. Maple by Truman is adult, and Noble is the regular one. I believe that's the case, but someone can correct me if I'm wrong.

I speak with one of the Development guys at Gracorp that is on this frequently. I mentioned to him that this thing seems to be flying along and he was saying that the crew they have is dialed in and to expect this kind of fast pace for this project.
