The status quo seems to be the trend and that is what it is, I personally don't see a big shift to more negative or positive numbers any time soon. The conversions have more of an affect on City-Building than actually affecting vacancy. It doesn't seem like we'll be heavily affected by any tariff news and our major employment driver is happy to be returning money to shareholders versus making long term investments. Even a little pipeline news won't move the needle as that won't really translate into any or much new office staff. This isn't bad though, a steady ship in stormy seas is one I'm happy to be on.![]()
