Calgary & Alberta Economy

I wasn't able to read the article to see what the timelines are, but here's another article (below) relating to the water bomber production. It mentions DeHavilland going ahead with it, and mentions them being assembled in Calgary. I don't believe there are any current production facilities, so production would be at the new facilities by Strathmore?

The DeHavilland project hasn’t even started construction. Is there already another facility in Calgary?
That facility is quite a ways off yet, but deHavilland looks to be starting their transitioning of the head office to Calgary. They've been posting a slew a Calgary jobs. Engineers, accountants, HR, etc..

I was wondering about that. I don't think it's for manufacturing, but perhaps maintenance or testing, etc.?
They do remanufacturing and completions of water bombers and twin otters currently along with other services for various Dash 7 and 8 variants, and other dehavilland models) It is marked as Longview Aviation Services (by Canada post's sorting plant) and Viking Air (near the aviation museum) on google maps.

Longview (mixed in with some Central Mountain Air:

I believe they stated that the first several new water bombers (the DHC-515) will be built in their current facilities at YYC (they have multiple buildings scattered around as @darwink posted) until their new factory (de haviland field) is ready.
