There's no permit, and will probably be a whole new design now that the office tower portion is gone.

It would be really great to have a mixed-use with a hotel, multiple condos, retail ground floor like it was suggested before, and maybe even a movie theatre on the second floor or something.

A nice retail mixed use complex with some flashy signage would be cool for that intersection. Kind of like a mini Yonge/Bloor.

Unfortunately looks to be just a reference to the original project. The overall site is some guy's work and this is a project he worked on.
