Every time this thread is bumped, I jump in to read or see the new pictures. I am really pleasantly surprised about how well this one turned out. I was so skeptical at first based on the renderings, and now not only has it grown on me, it's an absolute treat to see, from basically any angle. The lighter colored presence of it is really nice; reminds me of the nice white-cladded towers in the East Village. I'm interested now to see what retail will be going in at the base level. Love seeing 11th Ave develop - so, so much potential.
