Dont you mean the already established and successful Bridgeland? 
Ha!, good point, it's been around for a long time, but because of all the new developments it feels like it's newly arriving like East Village.
A few development updates from the Bridgeland area

I couldn't remember what Steps looked like so I googled it. Boy am I glad to see it back u/c, it's one cool design. Great addition to Bridgeland.

Steps is a nice one, good to see it back u/c.
It'll be interesting to see what Bridgeland's population will be over the next two years. The 2016 census showed that it is at 6,052 people...up 526 from 4 years ago when it was 5,526.
Looking at these pics I see that Bridgeland Hill and Victory and Venture were still u/c at time of census, and they will add 164 units. Also Bridgeland Crossings phase II was only just opening up units. We have 323 units currently u/c. We're looking at over 500 units coming online this year and the next couple.

Also in the mix are a few smaller developments (at least three) that have been completed since the census. I would estimate around 50 suites in total. And of course the Minto proposal which would be huge for Bridgeland.
I saw a DP come in for Bridgeland the other day that was 15 suites. Not large scale, but when you keep adding a few here and there it adds up.
Interesting read about Bridgeland. Personally, I think Bridgeland already is a great place, but it's definitely getting better.

Just checked the 2018 civic census and it looks like Bridgeland is now at 6,529 - so double the pace of growth. This is before Radius coming online I believe; and given the other couple proposals (the new McPherson road one today, Dominion, and hopefully Steps) - no doubt Bridgeland can exceed 7,000 within 2 years.
