Looking forward to first summer starting on Tuesday:

I'm with Rogers (formerly Shaw) and I've always had terrible reception in my interior office downtown. It gets a little better at a window, but not much. Outside it's fine.

I was wrong, there is siding up on the west side: And it's called respect.

It's topped out on both sides and mostly wrapped on the west half of it. I haven't seen any cladding going up yet.

So are they removing the 5th Ave connector and turning it into park/pathways, or is the render just taking liberties to make the surrounding areas look nicer?

I think the grout might still be wet or drying. It looks like it's a lot more uniform on the bricks on the right of that picture.

I worked on the office side a few years ago. Everything about that building is showing its age.

Is Hotel Arts opening a new location?

Nothing special but I like the colours! It's weird driving by this on 16th with all of the roads completed and a playground, but nothing else even started.

There's a baby crane at Monty 44, not sure if you include them in your count.

Would that replace all of these?
