One of the garages burnt down a couple weeks ago on the boarded up houses: And now the lot is clear: Not sure if that means construction is happening soon, or they're just removing the risk of more fires.

Part of me hopes that "MURAL" is the actual mural.

Drove up through this development on the weekend and it didn't feel like we were in Calgary. Felt like something in Victoria, I guess because there is some bounding in the geography that you don't always get in Calgary. Very cool vibe, but I would be concerned about road noise being that close...
