How easy would a Green Line extension from the planned Seton terminus be?
Not easily. The long term plans call for the terminus in Seton, and as a result, no right-of-way has been set aside like further north along the alignment. That said, 210th is a very big/wide road, maybe 16m can be found to squeeze a train in decades from now.

You think residents of this enclave would actually take public transit with the unwashed masses? Jay Westman said he envisioned residents getting helicoptered over from the airport when they fly in from whatever globe trotting they were doing. I wonder if they’re even targeting Calgarians?

Probably not that easy as you'd have to swing the train around back to 52nd street. Kind of makes for a weird detour and the city has to buy back a bunch of land for a right of way.

It's probably easier to have the future MAX Brown terminus at the roundabout at 210th Ave than it is to have the Greenline sent down there. Forgive the shitiness of the crayoning exercise:

I'm just not sure if that's where people of that financial level are or want to be? But I could be wrong as I have done no market research and I'm sure they have.
Some people do like to live far out, but those people are usually the ones that want big lots and giant houses. And then there's people that sacrifice living space and want a premium condo near amenities (like the new Kenton building or UD). Living in an apartment at the very edge of the city is a weird proposition, literally the worst of both?

I suspect many of the actual club members will be more of the acreage type people nearby, but I'm not sure. Westman village seemed relatively successful and this seems to build on that formula I guess.
