There's a rumour floating around that all of Cantiro's highrise multi projects are on the shelf.

They did have their DP released and have their BP application in, so if they're not going ahead, they're leaving a lot of money (possibly millions of dollars) on the table.

I am still hopeful that the holdup is on the BP application - there seems to be a bit of a backlog with building permits these days.

Yeah it's taking about 2x as long as usual for a BP

I did a drive by on my way home this evening and the site looked totally abandoned

I’m thinking if they were serious they would have applied for a partial BP to allow them to start digging by now.
