There seems to be unlimited demand for condos and apartments in UD. Being a new developer from the University (UCPG), they did an amazing job building a desirable community out of nothing.
Being a regular visitor I can see the appeal of U/D. It's clean, safe and has a nice walkable atmosphere with a lot of good retail options, and even more to come.

They did create one of the best main streets in any new development, and the big central park area was a home run.

Getting an ice cream shop to lease the unit right on the edge of the plaza/park was low key perfect.

Glad to see Scholar going ahead, wonder what is going to happen with the massive ditch on the west side of the site...
Some more renderings related to the ones posted by @Albertasaurus. Four, 3 storey townhouses buildings (Block 11A). These would be north of the two 5 storey buildings (Block 11B)

I wonder if the presence of UD in the south near University Heights will promote more denser builds there. There is already one new development in the community as well as older denser builds near University Drive. It already seems sorta a random SFH isalnd surronded by other things, might as well make the whole area dense

Took my guy out for a dinner & movie date last night. Man this neighbourhood is turning out fantastic. Better than my wildest hopes for this city. AAA+
