The boulder that created the wave was washed away by an ice dam, so not sure how much appetite there is for that now.

I think just the signage. It's unfortunate about that building, once they dug into it they found so much damage and sketchy repairs that they would need to replace most of the building to fix the problems so it was decided to demo and build a new 'Memories of' building. with the oriignal signage. Probably the best case scenario considering the issues.

Dunno if anyone cares but I updated Calgary's Wikipedia page for its tallest buildings last week! I found it lacking and missing a few new buildings so I updated it and also wrote a history section–and a map. Lemme know if the history is wrong or missing anything. I also wanted to expand it to cover all 100 m+ buildings but that would be quite a task in itself. Check it out

Unfortunately, there's nothing that I've heard of slated for that location. Nothing on DMAP.
