Don't they already have approval? If so there's nothing Wong could do
Ah I think you are right. But they have Land Use so would not have to go back to Council at leastDon't think they have approval, they pulled the DP on the previous version when it was apparent they were going to lose at SDAB.
I sure hope it goes ahead! However with Wong there, this is probably dead i nthe water. Much better to have a parking lot for 'safety'....
I think the land use they got approved was also tailored to remove some of the relaxations the DP had (thus making it easier to appeal). It is still a discretionairy use, but the idea being that the specific DC they wrote should make their project much more of a sure thing.Ah I think you are right. These guys on this forum lost 5/8 of their favourite councillors before the election has begun. At least you don't have Courtney Walcott.
He'd probably like that. I wouldn't be surprised if the developer is slowly building up momentum and then they're hoping to try and get started again as soon as Wong is (hopefully) out in October. Can't see why they would bother trying again with him in charge.
Sssshhhh, Spoils the narrative.Don't they already have approval? If so there's nothing Wong could do
