The fact that this was cancelled due to density/parking concerns infuriates me to this day. What a great location and revitalization piece for chinatown and near Eau Claire.

He'd probably like that. I wouldn't be surprised if the developer is slowly building up momentum and then they're hoping to try and get started again as soon as Wong is (hopefully) out in October. Can't see why they would bother trying again with him in charge.
