ACAD used to do their year-end portfolio design show in that atrium, and I always loved it.Overall glad to see the space get some activity... though I still hate that we lost the atrium greenery

Don't know much about it, but from the quick read, it looks big, and at the very least, positive for Calgary. The fact that Rockyview and Calgary are working together on it, is positive.

Office/Retail Space for Lease signage up on the bay facing Riverwalk in the M2 building in East Village, formerly being used as DYNAMIC warehouse storage. Really hope something of actual substance goes in there.

This got approved!Will be curious to see if there is a list of projects that accompany this plan. Spending up to $250 million a year on rec facilities for the next 25 years seems like it would build a crap ton of new things. How much was the Y in Seton?
