    The price point relative to size of the units is great. This will find its niche in the rental market for those who value larger sized units over outdoor space. Every building has its trade-offs or pros + cons. This won't appeal to everyone, which is no different than every other building.

    The SE retail bay is already under construction for a tenant (you can see the FRANK symbol on the window in the pictures above). I believe it's to be a wine bar of sorts. Kinda also expected a Starbucks to go in - thought they were typically associated with the Marriott brand.

    Yes. CMLC has been working on redesigning how 17th Ave interfaces with Stampede grounds. It will enter at grade and allow pedestrians and vehicles access.This will connect to Olympic Way.
