How many lanes and sidewalks does Truman get to close for this? They have the sidewalk and 2 lanes shut down on 11th and the sidewalk and 2 lanes shut down on 4th. These guys may build a lot, but they are quite happy to give everyone the middle finger while doing it...

Do you really think that's why Truman does it? To give people the middle finger? The city is the pne that tells us how many lanes we can shut down and that varies throughout the project. We try to keep that to a minimum and don't usually put our construction offices on site.

Plus the city charges for it (hoarding permits). Seems like an expensive and inefficient way to run a project just to be a jerk.

lol, I'm not saying Truman close lanes to spite people, but they also don't seem to try very hard to accommodate people either. Lots of sites will use the sea cans or hoarding to allow the sidewalk to stay open. Maybe part of the issue with this site is the lack of a lane to load from?
