Well, we did spend 10 years and over a billion dollars trying to figure out how to go underground, and the best solution was to just keep dramatically reducing the scope.

My coworker built this. He said he found a guy that comes up with the parts/plan and then he has to source the pieces around the world. Another coworker has probably 8 different building done like this. Eventually he will get 1st & 10th and Lincoln done too.
