Article says 27 storeys - so is it that or 24 ?
Regardless - I love it when projects like this start out of the woodwork - add another tower crane to the count soon!

TBH, I'd be happy with it being 6 floors, I'm looking forward to one less parking lot fronting 4th street. The 24 (or 27) floors is a bonus.

Pretty sure it's 24. The article also erroneously stated 4 St Lofts as 27 floors (it's 29)
