I appreciate it too, I'd have to walk around the area but outside of the density boost it doesn't look or feel urban... Maybe that's the point but it is a miss from me.

How many grocery stores does it need? Has a Save on Foods and Real Canadian Superstore?Generally I’ve been disappointed but I’ll wait and see how this turns out. I’m looking forward to the Community grocery store. So far Mahogany has attracted better retail than Seton but we’ll see how this goes.

Isn’t the green line going down 52st? Or does it come west to 45st after 194 ave?Isn't this part of the future Greenline path? So, is this park assumed to be temporary? Or, are we just completley giving up on the Greenline ever extending this far south? Or, do I have the parcel / location wrong?
