Generally I’ve been disappointed but I’ll wait and see how this turns out. I’m looking forward to the Community grocery store. So far Mahogany has attracted better retail than Seton but we’ll see how this goes.

How many grocery stores does it need? Has a Save on Foods and Real Canadian Superstore?

Community is more health and natural food oriented. They stock items you can’t find at Superstore and Save On. Currently the nearest is at Chinook.

The central park in Seton will finally be complete by 2028. I assumed Brookfield was responsible for it but it appears the city owns it and has now sent out engagement letters about 3 potential designs. Curious what your guys' feedback is on them.

The diagonal one is probably best, take advantage of the pathways people will take.

There's a skate park further south in Seton already.

Third one is the best, nice open green space with the cool hill as a viewpoint.

Isn't this part of the future Greenline path? So, is this park assumed to be temporary? Or, are we just completley giving up on the Greenline ever extending this far south? Or, do I have the parcel / location wrong?

Isn’t the green line going down 52st? Or does it come west to 45st after 194 ave?

I believe the Green line is set to run a Block north of this park behind the existing apartment buildings

Yeah there’s a planned corridor ROW just behind the buildings across the street and beside the YMCA. See map:

I was thinking the same thing with the pathways. If you don't have a paved option, I could see a dirt trail cutting across the park being used to get to the LRT station.
