This is an installation problem. The installers didn't have the experience or the time to do it right. It's screwed too tight not allowing for expansion at the seams
The white column breaks up the massing. I still would have preferred two separate mid rises or to save on elevators and emergency egress just a connecting hallway between both halves.

That is insane. My mortgage for a 2460 square foot house is only $2650 a month….and I’m still upset because I had to renew my mortgage and was paying $2300 before that. Who the hell is renting these things?
