Are those townhomes on the West elevation? That last home adjacent to the train tracks will have major turnover with fools entering a lease and then breaking it within a month due to noise and rumbling.

I read somewhere that Park Central is scheduled for a 2024 opening. I am pretty sure Oliver Two is sometime in the second half of 2023.
doubt park central is late 2023, (Arris west is fall 2023 and they are topped out already,) this won't be topped out till mid 2023 and therefore it will be into 2024 as well.
