I've only just noticed how big this site is. The renderings make it look more like a small upright building, but this will probably have more of a broad look, such as the one across the street from it.

Even though it's only 5 floors, it must have a lot of units going in. Does anyone know how many units?

Looking at the project site from Gravity Architecture - it says that it will have a total of 67 units. It's going to have a two story underground parking with 58 stalls. Some units will not have available parking but given the location with the car sharing program/bike lane structure I'm sure it won't be a huge problem. I live in the neighbourhood and barely use my vehicle.

Thanks! That makes sense. This recent build in NW Calgary has a similar lot size but 4 floors instead of 5 and has 48 units.
