Why didn’t they go taller with this building? Maybe 6 stories?

Most likely to do with parking minimums.

I’m concerned there is no more construction pieces happening above this level. Hopefully they aren’t capping at grade.

I'm guessing they are done with the concrete, and will be either one floor of steel frame and the rest wood or wood frame from here on on.

Slow but sure. I was worried this one was stalled, but there were people on site working. I couldn’t see them, but I could hear hammering coming from the site.

I wasn’t able to get a pic, but today I noticed the steel framing for the main level is going up. The site is still active.
