This is newly built. I don’t remember a thread for it, but it’s called “the Views” done fancy digs with great views.

The units in The Views are pricey. I bet the owners won't be happy when that vinyl wood styled siding fades and warps from the sun.

I hope it’s not vinyl panel at the price they’re charging for those units. They used vinyl panels on Marda and Mantra,

Looks like they're getting ready to drain the lagoon to take down the Jaipur Bridge soon at Eau Claire:

The Eau Clare plaza redevelopment must be the slowest project around. How everything has not been demolished yet is beyond me. I was hoping they would already be starting the actual construction work.

Probably lots of utility lines they need to move or kill before they start excavating.

From the photo it looks like they are clearing and leveling the site/lagoon bank in preparation for a really big mobile crane and other equipment for the demolition.

For the flood works, do they need to worry about underground flow like they did with the zoo? If so they may need to pile drive the entire stretch too.

Did they do the underground part west of the plaza here? I would expect it to be quite similar to the area between the plaza and Peace Bridge...

They’ve been getting around to this for the last 1.5 years. Never seen a landscape project take so long
