Eaglecrest must have a lot of investors to have all of these projects on the go at the same time. They have literally come out of nowhere to be one of the most active builders in the city.

I hope all goes well for Eaglecrest. I imagine it's pretty high risk to have so many active projects for such a new company.

@Ubran Outdoorsman, I think you are right. I forgot about the one on the other side of 24th.
Edit: Made some tweaks, the name of the thread is still the same as I believe we have the correct project, just had the wrong renderings and location.

So glad to see things starting to happen on 24th. If only 20th ave could get these kinds of projects (Aside from Catalyst)

20th ave has a few land use applications for larger multifamily. 20th ave will see these kinds of developments in the future.

I think the south side of 24th is having to go through a legal case to get restrictive covenants removed, which prohibit the development of multi-family.

Let's hope common sense prevails and it gets removed. A large number of houses along 24th ave are rentals, I presume the owners of the properties would be happy to see multi-family zoning.

Total game changer if 24th comes to fruition. Not many places have created walkable main streets from nothing, let alone as a series of individual redevelopment projects.
