If it weren't for the louvers, the tower would look fine, especially at a distance!

I find the solid black crown a bit much. When you look at the tower portion, there is a definite striping pattern. Could they not have carried that through the crown (wouldn't be an exact match due to lack of windows, but still) rather than a 4 storey wall of black? I think that would have dramatically improved things.
