Man oh man, I can't wait to drive two semi-trucks side-by-side in that carport. All the other urban developments never took my ridiculously niche use case seriously - "overbuilt!" they said, "isn't this like the most walkable neighbourhood in the city?" they argued, "why would you ever need that?" - oh how they laughed and laughed. Whose laughing now!
