bridgeland is so awesome, i just think it needs more retail . there should be enough local population to support it, as well as becoming a destination.

Bridgeland has amazing potential. It's already a great neighborhood, but if they can ever get the north side of 1st ave developed, look out.

That north side of the street has an incredible amount of potential, if done right that street could be above the level of 33rd Avenue at Marda Loop.

Little video update of some Bridgeland construction action. Music is kind of dramatic...I'll have to use that song next time I make a video of Vikings storming a village somewhere.

Bridgeland is coming together beautifully. This photo shows the diversity of the neighborhood and surroundings, both geographically and architecturally. Once that empty lot to the east of Radius is developed, all of the larger sized empty lots will be developed, and the neighborhood can continue to fill in organically over time.
