It might be brick, but I bet it will be that bright red orange stuff to nicely clash with the burgandy stucco.

There is brick angle on the bottom of the wall, so it will be brick. The renders show it as white which could look ok.

I will say this about the Torode building on the opposite corner. As ugly as it may be it's always busy with people around it. Does anyone remember what used to be in that location?
