As buildings go, is this moving along at a good pace? I am watching it as rental option for me, for my move to Calgary next year. It’s right in the area I’ve been looking at buying or renting. Montana/Royal/Emerald part of the Beltline. Please, keep those updates coming ? Edit to add, Hmmmmm but if it will be same layouts as 1215 tower, maybe not. It sure looks like a cookie cutter of that building.

Reasonable pace. Once they get above the podium it'll go quickly.
 
Would this stage count as “podium done”? It seems to be moving right along. Definitely can’t see it finished before I need to move, regardless.
