Easy Trim is ok if it's done properly. Have a trim piece that matches the siding, or contrasts it properly goes a long way, and maximize the panel size so you don't have the trim equal to the panel in the design language of the final product.

Question for the experts. Is easy trim also the type of material used in the panels or just the trim system itself? I don't know what material it is, but on the lime green colored affordable housing project behind Tim's on 16th, the panels are turning to shit after only 3 years.

I know it isn’t YYC related. This happened in New Orleans today. New construction of a Hard Rock Hotel. How does a building like that collapse?

Has to have been some corners cut for cost savings somewhere. Not something you expect to hear happening in NA though. Seems like something you would hear from the developing world more.

One Tower has turned out pretty solid. We have a lot of dark colored towers though, hopefully the next tower in the area will be light colored materials.

Curtis Block is supposed to be a light grey. Hopefully after that, we can start bringing some colour back in

101 - 11th will also be gray/black. We're going to need to make a trade with Vancouver - a couple of dark gray towers for a couple of white with seafoam.

I'm surprised it hasn't happened before. The number of buildings found structurally unsound in the US is mindboggling
