Easy trim strikes again! That shit should be banned from inside city limits.
Easy Trim is ok if it's done properly. Have a trim piece that matches the siding, or contrasts it properly goes a long way, and maximize the panel size so you don't have the trim equal to the panel in the design language of the final product.
 
Question for the experts. Is easy trim also the type of material used in the panels or just the trim system itself? I don't know what material it is, but on the lime green colored affordable housing project behind Tim's on 16th, the panels are turning to shit after only 3 years.

Has to have been some corners cut for cost savings somewhere. Not something you expect to hear happening in NA though. Seems like something you would hear from the developing world more.

I'm surprised it hasn't happened before. The number of buildings found structurally unsound in the US is mindboggling
