RNDSQR has wanted to start self performing, I know they are on their Peaks&Plains project for sure. So it might just be their internal team.

It’s just our internal team ! Hence the reason for some of the delays around the city. We transitioned away from our last GC. The new internal team is awesome but we’re just getting all the processes and kinks worked out. Big announcement about cy33 coming soon as well!

Word is that Courtyard 33 will be available as rentals. I don't know if that means the whole building will be rental, or partial rental.
