The north and south sides look decent with alternating stripes of glass and spandrel, but the East and West?! Woooof! Any chance the developer looks at this and decides to redo the facade?

If I had to guess I would say it's because the spandrel is generally better insulation, and this being a rental tower, maybe they are trying to scrimp every cent they can. Personally, I think they would be better off going with more glass and charging an extra $35.00/month. Oner thing the tower has going for it is great views.

I don't hate it, but it certainly could be better. As long as the white stays clean, and once the air fills in around it with more towers, it'll hardly be noticeable.
