What is the exact address, can check SPIN to see if there are documents on the title.
 
There are: 11 Builders' Liens and two certificate of Lis Pendens (a notice of legal action).

A few looks to be cleared via a discharge of instrument, and one (or more) discharged by a Judge's Order

Too bad this one is destined for a rather unpleasant corner of purgatory (more like an outer ring of hell really). I kinda like(d) it.

Maybe you not snapping the pic is a sign from above that it's not totally dead yet ;)
 
I have heard from one source that ITC was hired, but only to do some site cleanup, recover some equipment etc..
Another source says they were hired to finish the building.

Let's hope they still plan to finish the building.
 
This morning there was a crew on site taking down the supports for the concrete forms. I believe that's what the truck crane is for.
