As a Bridgelander, this project has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating!

This morning there was a crew on site taking down the supports for the concrete forms. I believe that's what the truck crane is for.

I wonder if it's Scott Construction getting some of their stuff back?

This has always been one of my favorite projects, that I would have liked to have seen get built. Very frustrating.

Talked to the Presentation Center rep ((403) 809-8122) last week and he mentioned there were some issues with ITC Construction and currently in the process of negotiatating a contract with a new contractor. They should have an answer by June 9th otherwise this project might not continue.

I think everyone, especially those who have invested their money into this project wants an answer. Hopefully we get some information on this project from the developer and if it's not continuing then let everyone know!

The issue is probably over payment terms. ITC were well aware of the history on this project.

That's unfortunate but not surprising. I had a feeling this would be the outcome.

Disappointing for sure. The question I have now is does anyone think another developer will pick this up seeing that it's half built?

With it being up to grade and having sold majority of units it should be a slam dunk. Let's hope anyways.
