Hi Group,
I have Heard this Name B 4, but Not as a Part of CNPC. It may have had a Similar Name as such. It was a small Company as I believe that was Operated by Someone Who
lived in a Condo/Apt at the End of 2nd Ave S W. That was when I worked Courier Years Back so I had to know where everything was. As a Rule I went by Bldg Name more
as it was easier to Work with my Dispatchers at the Time.
