Supposedly they are putting in a grocery store and a Canadian Tire. This will be huge for the Beltline area.

They are putting in an Urban Fare http://www.urbanfare.com/ and an urban format Canadian Tire. It was rumored to be a Whole Foods, but Urban Fare might be better in the end. I have a few friends in Van that prefer Urban Fare over Whole Foods.

I am enjoying watching this go so quickly after the slow start and the delays. Only one project still without a crane (Verve)

Just googled Urban Fare. Looks good, but possibly pricey, at least if it's anything like Whole Foods. Whole Foods is vastly overrated IMO.
