Not long at all. This next year will be slower in the number of projects u/c, but will be an exciting one. Four really good developments will be underway (Telus Sky, Park Point, The Royal, Central Library). All four will add significantly to the city's urban vitality.

I like Verve, but I don't know if I would put it in the same category as those other four buildings. It's a better than average looking development but those other four are game changers. At least in my humble opinion
