That was a very good question. I wanted to know for myself. The best answer I can find is "custom glazed terracotta."

Yeah def glazed terracotta. It looks good in pics but looks amazing in real life when up close. Here are few close-ups

You guys beat me to it. Yes, glazed tile, which is something I'd like to see used more often. An educated guess tells me it's probably not cheap though.
In any case this building is looking better every-time I see it.

A few more pics from today. I gotta say the materials on this building blow me away whenever I see it in person. Especially from angles when the sun hits it. Sometimes it has a copper look to it and sometimes gold.

They're finally putting in the corner tiles along the windows I see! This thing looks prettier every day.
