This is one fantastic building. Even nicer than I imagined it would be.

I'm not in love with the overall exterior shape of it, but the materials are really making it, and the interior looks top-notch.

I think it's most noticeable from the North looking South, like say on the 4th Avenue fly-over into downtown. Sadly, I don't have a picture of that vantage, but using one of your lovely super high res. ones and through the magic of MS Paint, here's a poorly shrunk image that kinda shows what I'm seeing.

Is the pedestrian bridge just that or are there functional rooms up there as well?
Mostly pedestrian crossing, but there will be displays etc... in there. At least according to the renderings.
