Courtyard 33, one of Marda Loop's stylish new residential construction projects has reached another milestone, as construction of the building is now at grade. Back in early November when we last caught up with Courtyard 33 it was achieving an earlier milestone as a tower crane had just finished being installed on site, and the project was beginning its vertical progression.
Fast forward to late February and recent photos are showing RNDSQR's 70 unit project is now at grade, and will soon be rising into the fabric of the neighborhood.
Designed by Winnipeg based 5468796 Architecture, the mixed use building will feature residential and retail, and a courtyard with an entrance off 33rd Avenue, thus the name Courtyard 33. The design is one that has caught the attention of many due to its modern styled materials, multiple squares and angles. It's a design that will be highly noticed by many, in a good way.
