When we last checked on on RNDSQR's Courtyard 33 development back at the beginning of October, excavation was the main focus. Since that time work has progressed rapidly, with excavation finishing up and concrete work beginning. Another milestone was recently reached with the installation of a tower crane.

Recent photos show plenty of concrete foundation work has been completed since the last report and the new crane installed on site. With a tower crane now installed, concrete work can increase to an even quicker pace as the structure makes its ascent towards grade and above.

Designed by Winnipeg based 5468796 Architecture, Courtyard 33 has been a much discussed project due to its modern flare and unique look. The 6 storey, 70 unit project is one of many modern, uniquely designed projects done by RNDSQR, a developer quickly becoming known for thinking outside the box. Some of their other projects include Beacon, and Grow, both of which are currently under construction but getting close to finishing up. Courtyard 33 is also their largest and most ambitious project to date.

With more construction still ahead SkyriseCalgary will be sure to return to this project as progress continues.
